Chapter One Hundred and Eight; His Past

I had asked Femi to try and take me outside because I was frustrated of always lying and sitting in here. I couldn't walk on my own so I could not go by myself. But the doctor didn't want me exerting myself for some reason. Femi had left already to get permission from the doctor to take me outside. I was sure that it included threatening the poor man but as long as there was no fighting and pummeling, I was good.

I was eating my last bite of bacon when Femi walked in excitedly.

"We're clear. I'll take you when you're ready babe." He said and grabbed the wheelchair from the side and expanded it.

I smiled "Thank you, but wait, I know you... how did you get him to agree?"

Femi chuckled "I appealed to his conscience. You've been in here for two weeks without seeing the sun and sky... I threw in your mental health and he bought it." He lied. I knew he was lying. He wasn't looking at me while speaking.
