"Okay, we need to know the things that you can do and can't," Clyde said, standing behind me, taking a few steps back.

"Can you try to clear this tree from the way?"

"What?" I raised my eyebrow, accenting my confusion.

"Well, I just think it's something." He scratched the back of his neck. "Yeah, that sounds dumb, but I don't know. I feel like if you're a witch, like they claim, we need to understand why the moon goddess would make you one. I mean, you're a complete werewolf, right?"

"I am, I think?"

"Okay, so clear the tree from the path."

I tried to think about the tree moving away from its position, but it didn't make any sense. I stared at it for a long period of time. All of a sudden, I caught something in my grip. It was a blade of a dagger. I looked behind me to see that Clyde had been the one who threw it at me. "What were you thinking? I could have gotten hurt!" I said, throwing the dagger to the floor and stared at my bleeding palm.
