Stefan

Circe was a bloody problem.

I hadn't thought about the fact that she would extend our stay in the East Pack longer than expected out of jealousy. The excuse that she needed to spend more time with her family had stretched her too far, so much so that our trip had extended well beyond a long, miserable week. By the time I realized it, 11 days had passed.

And I was getting fed up with it.

I had made all the arrangements, and best of all, I had gotten her father, the Alpha of the Eastern Pack, to sign a binding, unbreakable spell to agree to give me anything I wanted, just as I had gotten him to agree to serve me when the time came to attack. I had made the best deal of my life, but I needed to get my people in place, train them, take out the weak, and move the chips for war as soon as possible, but this foolish woman would not cooperate.
