Amy and Shawn were strolling along the street when they stumbled upon a coffee shop on the other side of the road. As they approached the shop, Amy suggested that they visit it as she had heard good things about it, and in addition, it offered a beautiful view of the city lights from above. Shawn quickly agreed, and they walked hand in hand toward the coffee shop.

As they made their way to the shop, Amy couldn't help but notice how different Shawn was from the high and mighty CEO that she had initially imagined him to be. He had a kind and gentle demeanor that she had not expected, and his company was quite enjoyable. She felt comfortable around him, and his presence put her at ease.

Shawn, on the other hand, was delighted to be with Amy. He found her to be intriguing and captivating. As they walked, he noticed that Amy was lost in thought, and he asked her what was on her mind. Amy shared her thoughts about how different Shawn was from what she had imagined him to be in a public setting. They laughed at the idea that Shawn might drown in the depths of her thoughts.

As they walked towards the coffee shop, they chatted about various topics, and they both realized how much they had in common. They talked about their shared love for music, movies, and books. They discovered that they had similar tastes, and they were surprised by how much they had in common.

Finally, they arrived at the coffee shop, and Amy's words proved to be true—the view of the city lights from above was indeed breathtaking. They ordered their drinks and settled down to enjoy the view, the company, and their newfound connection.

The way Shawn treated her differently when they were together overwhelmed Amy. She felt that he appreciated her company and valued their time together. They spent hours talking about their interests, aspirations, and experiences. Amy felt that Shawn listened to her intently and provided her with genuine feedback, which made her feel unique and loved.

Their conversation was interrupted when Kevin called Amy, requesting that they meet at their old place. Amy hesitated and didn't respond to Kevin's request. Shawn noticed her apprehension and asked if she planned to meet Kevin. Amy confided in Shawn, telling him that she had waited for Kevin for several years. She felt that he had taken her for granted and didn't value her opinion. Amy was determined to make Kevin understand what she had gone through during their relationship.

Shawn understood and supported Amy's decision. They finished their coffee, and Shawn suggested they take a walk to clear their heads. They strolled along the path, taking in the beautiful view and enjoying each other's company.

After a few hours, they decided to go home, but what Amy didn't know was that Shawn had booked a hotel. When they arrived at the hotel, Amy couldn't help but be surprised. I didn't think that, because of his busy schedule, he still had time to fix things like this. Shawn booked a luxurious wedding suit.

Shawn then grabbed a towel and went inside to shower, but before he could even enter the bathroom, he turned to Amy and jokingly asked, Do you care to join me in taking a shower?

Amy blushed at Shawn's sudden suggestion, but on the other hand, Amy thought there was nothing wrong with Shawn's hint. And we are a married couple. So she decided to join him, wearing a short white dress. Shawn was surprised when he saw Amy enter. Then Shawn grabbed her immediately and pressed her against the wall as the intensity started to boil inside them. He wrapped his arm around Amy's hips and continued kissing her passionately. Amy couldn't resist anymore as she slowly touched Shawn's 8-pack abs, as they kissed deeper and deeper. As Shawn was about to enter her, Amy's expression changed as she felt a sudden pain. To her surprise, Shawn abruptly pulled away while restraining himself, and he gently hugged her and wrapped her in a towel. He also slowly lifted her back and put her on the bed. And then he asked her if she was hurt. Amy blushed at his question as she was about to speak, Shawn said. Don't force it if you're not ready; I'm willing to wait for you; we still have plenty of time for those things. Let's go to sleep, and we'll be early tomorrow. he said

All he thought was that because Amy came from a long-term relationship, she already had experience in those things, which made him love Amy even more. This is what they call love at first sight. He thought,

Shawn held Amy in his arms, feeling a sense of warmth and comfort as she drifted off to sleep. He watched her as she breathed peacefully, her chest rising and falling rhythmically. Shawn couldn't help but smile as he gazed at her, silently promising always to protect and love her faithfully.

As the sun rose the next morning, Amy's phone began to ring, but Shawn noticed that the caller ID was Kevin's. Not wanting to disturb Amy's peaceful slumber, he turned her phone on silent mode and let it be. Three hours later, Amy woke up to the sound of the birds chirping outside. She looked around the room, feeling refreshed and ready to start the day. When she opened her eyes, she saw Shawn sitting on the terrace outside their room, going through his documents.

"Good morning. Did you sleep well?" Shawn asked, his voice smooth and gentle.

Amy replied with a smile, "Yes, I slept really well. Have you been up for a while?"

Shawn nodded, explaining that it was his daily routine to wake up early. He then mentioned Kevin's call from earlier, saying that he didn't want to wake her up and had put her phone on silent mode. Amy thanked him for being considerate and told him that she wouldn't have answered Kevin's call even if she had woken up.

Shawn then informed her that he had bought her a new pair of clothes. He had asked Allen, the hotel staff, to pick them up for her. "Try them on," he said, "and if you need anything else, just let me know."

Amy expressed her gratitude to Shawn for his thoughtfulness and expressed her satisfaction with the gesture. She got up, fixed her hair, and went to try on her new clothes, feeling grateful to have him by her side.

Amy nodded as she entered their room, feeling grateful for the new clothes that Shawn had bought for her. She took a moment to appreciate the neatly arranged clothes at the end of the bed before grabbing a towel and heading to the bathroom for a quick bath.

After washing up, she spent some time getting dressed and putting on a little makeup to freshen up her looks. As she was applying her makeup, Shawn entered the room and asked if she was ready.

Amy smiled and nodded. "Yes, and thank you for the dress."

Shawn asked, "Did you like it?"

Amy replied, "Yes, thank you," feeling truly grateful for the thoughtful gesture.

Shawn then grabbed their jackets, which were hanging on his arms, and suggested they head downstairs for breakfast. "I've booked a table for us," he said.

As they walked towards the elevator, Amy couldn't help but feel excited about the day ahead. She was looking forward to spending time with Shawn and exploring the city. That was her thoughts only because, on the other hand, Kevin was so anxious about how to fix the issue that Blue Sky Intertainment was facing at the moment.

When they arrived at the restaurant, the staff greeted them with warm smiles and guided them to their table. The waiter handed them the menu, and before Amy could even decide what to order, Shawn ordered all of her favorite dishes. She looked at him with a puzzled expression, wondering how he knew what she liked.

"How did you know all my favorite dishes?" she asked.

Shawn smiled mischievously. "I have my ways. Maybe you forgot who was before you," he teased, making Amy laugh.

As they sat down to eat breakfast and enjoyed their breakfast, Shawn noticed that Amy seemed preoccupied with something. Unable to ignore it, he asked her if she needed any help with the issues she was dealing with. He was surprised when Amy shook her head and replied confidently that she would take care of everything herself. She explained that she had learned how to stand up for herself and fight back and that she was no longer the same person she used to be.

Shawn let out a sigh of relief, but he couldn't help but worry about her safety. He reminded her that she didn't have to face anything alone and that he was there for her. He reassured her that he was her husband and that she should feel safe to be herself when she was at home. He didn't care how many masks she had to wear outside, but he wanted her to know that she could always be herself with him.

Amy was grateful for Shawn's words, and she felt a weight lifted off her shoulders. She expressed her appreciation and acknowledged that she knew Shawn would always be there to support and protect her. Knowing that she had his unwavering support gave her the strength she needed to face her challenges head-on.
