Nyra is struggling to understand everything Anna just revealed. Everything is too much to take in for her.
Anna noticed the struggle on Nyra's face. The conflicting emotions myriad on her face confirm a suspicion that Anna has.
'Nyra loves him too. But it's just that, she didn't realize it yet. If someone cares for you the way Drake Hamilton does, then it is a given that you fall for him' Anna thought.

Nyra looked at Anna blankly.
"I noticed that you both are intimate with each other. Once mated, a dragon can only be intimate with his mate. But he is being intimate with you. That means, either his mate must be dead or she must have rejected him. The same will not apply to us, humans. It's just about loyalty and love for our mate, which will force us not to think about others" Anna said.
