The winter king returns
Lord Alvin freed his wife Avery from the basement and led her into his personal quarters.
He found a maid passing by in the corridor, on their way towards their rooms.
When the maid noticed the person walking in front of her, she stood rooted to the spot in shock.
"King Alvin?" She bowed deeply with respect.
Alvin nodded his head.
"You are awake?" She fae maid exclaimed happily.
"Yes, meet your winter queen, Avery, My wife. Go and prepare our rooms. Today I will bring your princess home. My daughter and the next successor of the winter realm. I need you to prepare her room and clothes as well" Alvin announced.
The maid became extremely happy. She ran to gather the other maids to finish the work given to her.
Soon the news of the Winter king being awake from his coma spread all around the palace and the realm. The news reached Lord Alpine's ears as well.
