Nikita’s POV

‘We are in Alpha Channon’s house. Come in through the kitchen door. We are waiting in the living room.’ It still freaks me out that Keeva can mind link with me. That she has a wolf. If what Celeste has just explained on the fifteen-minute walk from her house back to my pack is true, then she is more than just a werewolf. My best friend, the daughter of the Moon Goddess. That’s so cool. My baby wriggles around inside my stomach and I cradle my growing bump protectively. My motherly instincts have kicked in already and I will do anything to protect my child. It’s another weird and unexpected turn in my life. Only a few short months ago I was a useless Omega. Now I have the child of an Alpha growing inside me, my best friend is a reborn deity and I have a mate. I’ll deal with Zev quietly. Maybe the threat of Keeva will be enough to get him to runaway and leave me alone. My thoughts are cut short as Celeste grabs my hand. We have reached the back door to Alpha Channon’s home.
