I could concentrate on nothing even after making sure that My mate was safe in the house. I closed the door to my office and left for the castle despite having done nothing in the office for the past three hours apart from of course watching my mate and sister shop.

I was angry that Leo sounded to be defending the man who hurt my mate and that bitch from the Strongholm family better not fill my mate's head with nonsense or else we will have a problem.

I have been tolerating the Strongholm family because of the old man's close relationship with my father. He was one of the best warriors during my father's era. Their relationship was close and he was one of the Kingdom's trusted confidants. Too bad he gave birth to a useless son who knows nothing but whoring around and blaming me for his daughter's predicament.
