Maya POV

Gideon has been accompanying me alot lately. Call me stupid but I already forgave him. He seems pretty tired lately. I could tell that something has been wearing him off.

I also know that he is keeping something from me. It's not once or twice I have caught him staring at me with sadness. As much as I hate the feeling of being kept in the dark, I have an inkling that whatever he is keeping from me is something I should probably not know.

That's a woman's sixth sense.

I can tell that he's afraid, but of what? That's what I can put my finger on.

" Let me hug you some more." Gideon murmured into my neck, sucking the sensitive spot between my neck making me moan out loud.

He arrived from work this evening and came straight to hug me. It's been almost ten minutes and he does not seem to get enough of hugging me.
