chapter 1 Sekora

Meet Sekora Nicole Taru, she is a 15 year old Ninth grader at Liverpool high school. She is six foot tall, with green eyes, freckles and black long hair. Sekora is probably tall thanks to her dad’s side of the family, who are all six foot or taller.

She lives with her dad, James Taru who is tall, with black hair and light brown eyes. He works as a manager at Ebli Corporation, which manages sports athletes and negotiates their contracts. Sekora also lives with her step brother Gordon Kinsler, who is short, with brown eyes, black curly hair and his mother Jamie who is an exact replica of her son. Gordon goes to school with Sekora and Jamie works with James. Sekora’s dad got married three years after his former wife Sara, died in a very fiery car crash. The family visits her grave on October 18,which is her birthday. Sara is tall, with long black hair and green eyes.

Now on to Sekora’s school. Liverpool High school is about a five minutes walk from Sekora’s house, which is good for Sekora because she hates long walks. The school is a red brick building, with old windows and a blue door. Some of Sekora’s teachers are Mr. Viser the English teacher, who is her favorite teacher because she likes reading, Mrs. Syphyr, who she hates because one she’s a Math teacher and two because she’s mean, like one time Sekora and her friends were checking the answers they got for the homework the night before and Mrs. Syphyr thought she was cheating and gave them detention and also dropped them all one letter grade. Finally there’s Mr. Martin the Gym teacher, she likes him because he’s cool and he plays cool games like Basketball tournament.

Now lets meet some of Sekora’s friends, like Mark Hosler, he wants to be a sign designer when he graduates from high school, he is really good with computers and art. Next is Kirk Fisher, who loves his hair and if you touch it he’ll kill you unless you’re a girl, he really likes girls. Next is Alex Gower, the serious one of the group, he wants to be a chef when he graduates from high school, he’s a great cook and is currently taking culinary. Next is Hector Sanchez, he loves soccer and is president of the student council. Finally there is the Carter twins Emily and Leyla, they are fraternal twins and Emily is a minute older than Leyla and loves to press it any time she could.

Finally let’s talk about Sekora’s hobbies, like soccer. She plays with Hector for Liverpool and is very good, with 16 goals and 10 assists. She also likes to swim, her dad calls her a fish because she swims very well and fast plus her astrological sign is a Pisces. She loves playing basketball with Gordon, who she beats easily because she’s taller. She also loves video games, which she is also good at because she beat the whole neighborhood in Madden 09 for Play Station 2 using the Cleveland Browns, in which Braylon Edwards and Derek Anderson are her favorite players. She loves action, sports, and shooting games especially sports because she doesn’t lose and she usually posts shutouts.

One day she wants to be a swimmer or Swimming instructor, a Basketball player, a Soccer player or coach. She would love to teach elementary school children what she knows because then they can pass what they learned from her onto other people. Gordon says it would cement her legacy, whatever that means, she just thinks it will be cool to teach people stuff that she learned.

These are just some of the things Sekora Nicole Taru does in her spare time besides reading, writing, and playing chess, which she is very good at with 405 wins and 97 loses. She plays for the school Chess team, as she has for three years as the number one board and hopes to play in college. When she graduates in four years she hopes to go to Akron University or Kent State University, so she can play chess, swim, plus play Soccer and Field Hockey, which would be very fun. This is just the average life of Sekora Taru remember I said average.
