Two Secrets

Rose walked closer to the stallion who was much taller than she thought. She wondered how to climb over when Dominic had taken a seat on the saddle and it appeared there were no more space for her… unless if she pressed her body close enough to him…

Dominic saw her hesitation and a grin settled on his lips. Leaning forward, he caught Rose by her waist, startling her but that wasn't the end to the surprise. With one pull, he had brought Rose to sit in front of him on the saddle.

Rose flinched when she felt the light shake as the horse moved a step. Her hands went out to hold for the firmest object near her, causing her to wrap her arms over Dominic's shoulders.

Her heart shook from both surprise and nervousness to see how near Dominic's face was across her.
