Chapter 39 Omelete 

The next day, I was slightly feeling better. But my eyes, on the other hand, were still sore and sensitive that I have to keep on blinking just to moisturize them. 

Byron was back to his usual active self again and wouldn’t leave my side saying that it is a sibling’s duty to watch over me. I wasn’t really comfortable with having someone shadowing me as closely as Byron was doing, but I guess it’s his way of letting me know that he cares.

“How are your eyes?” Skyr asked me as I laid slumped on a seat in the lobby. He stood in front of me and handed Byron and me a sandwich.

“Still feels hot, but physically, my body seems to be functioning well.” I prove my point, I got up and began bouncing on my feet. “See? All better.”
