Chapter 56: The Fair

Walking into the fair I looked around, I had never been to a fair before and it was definitely a sight to see.

Giant crowds of people were spread across the lot of land all laughing and running around with prizes or food in their hands.

Everyone looked genuinely happy, like the outside world no longer existed and whatever issues that were out there were left out there.

Smaller children were giggling and dragging their parents along with them who held looks of worry and excitement as they forced their bodies to keep up with their littles and I smiled at the sight of it all.

Large roller coasters and game tables were spread all over the area, barely any grass truly being left untouched on the ground due to the giant exhibits and I looked around in awe at it all.

“Have you never been to a fair?” Ru asked and all the guys looked at me as I looked across the large machinery and I shook my head.
