Next I know the red eyed wolf looked at the guard behind me and gave him some signal

I felt sword slashing my back making me stumble forward.

But I refused to fall down on his feet

Another slash could be felt from the other side.

Making a cross on my back

I heard Aaron say in his pain filled crooked voice.

I looked at him and his eyes held desperation.

Desperation for holding me and keeping me safe.

I passed him a genuine smile

I don't why I smile when every inch of my body is breaking and aching .

Maybe it's because I have gone insane

Because I wanted to assure him that this pain was nothing
