Sylvia's cries of pain echoed around the operating room. But no one paid her any mind. They all pretended as if they heard nothing. This is new to everyone involved in the operation. They all are tensed and scared. But none of them dared to open their mouths and protest. Quietly they did what they do best.

After crying with pain for a while, Sylvia started to slip in and out of consciousness. Russell made sure that she was alive and still the work was done as required. They successfully extracted the required bone marrow tissue before stitching her up.

"Shift her into another room. We have to transfer this to the little boy soon" Russell instructed before leaving the room.

The supporting doctors and nurses they left the operation theater to clean their hands.

"Who is this woman? What did she do to deserve this kind of fate?" one of the nurses whispered to her colleague.
