"They called for the council meeting tomorrow" he answered truthfully.

Emma's body stiffened after hearing that sentence. The palms with which she was holding him behind his neck tightened.

"What? So soon?" She whispered with shock and fear.

Luca pulled her tightly into his embrace. Emma rested her head on his shoulder.

"Yes, you should never agree that you are Emma Costello and Frank is your father. That's what I am trying to prove and protect you from that document and your buyer. Try and install it in your brain that, you are Gio's sister and now my wife. Even if you see your father, act as if you don't know who he is. Alright?" Luca told her.

Emma nodded her head in understanding.

"Remember kitten, don't look at your father or engage with him at all. He will try to make you uncomfortable and even provoke you. Don't go there kitten" he is trying to make her understand that, she will be under the spotlight. 

Emma started to panic.
