In Brookburgh it was easy for the days to fall into a routine. Even the weather was on board with this regime of things but that did not mean the locals didn't wish for difference.

Even if that difference was one miraculous day of sunshine.

Unfortunately, today was not that day.

It was gloomy with a side of rakish winds. It was also a very slow day, the seconds seemed to drag to reach that minute and the minutes were even worst because it seemed painful to wait for the next hour to pass.
