A month later.....

Ever since the day she visited the hospital, she hadn't been able to leave the house. What was more strange was the fact that Ergon hardly came home, but she wasn't allowed to go out without seeking permission or being driven to where she wanted to buy Ergon's men. She was totally unaware of what Ergon was up to.

Valeria began feeling frustrated about the kind of life she was living. The only person that kept her sane in times like this was none other than her son, Fred.

The worse part was the fact that the medicine she took almost every night did little or nothing to help her memories. In fact, it seemed as though her memories were gradually fading away. She didn't understand why things had to get so bad.

After Fred had left for school, Valeria decided to take a nap after taking the medication when her phone buzzed. She opened her eyes, and lazily searched for her phone, which was beside the pillow.
