A noise at her window made them both look up and around.

“Paris?” they both asked at the same time.

“I didn’t know you have company,” Paris said.

“Aren't you supposed to protect the hunters with Wynn?” Ann questioned.

“You clearly did not see the strength Wynn possesses. That guy is something else. I just came to talk to you. Will go back soon enough,” Paris said.
