Chapter 106 - Slade

I can’t understand what’s happening in front of me. Is this for real? My father ruled our pack with an iron fist. His beta, gamma, and delta were more of a cruel peanut gallery than someone that actually helped my father. They did his bidding or delegated tasks to others that they could “supervise,” usually to the she-wolves of the pack. Not always ones that were unmated. That really created a sense of unity in the pack.

This whole collaborative approach is strange. I’ve never heard of a pack that works like this. Mostly, the alpha makes the decisions and everyone else prays to the Goddess that they're the right ones. And to have this many packs acting this way? It’s unheard of. Someone must have more pull then the others. There has to be a hierarchy that I haven’t figured out yet.

Who’s in charge here? I link to Naomi.

No one. We run by majority rule, but only after we discuss everyone’s thoughts on the matter. We’re not trying to dictate how everyone runs things.
