Cassandra's POV

'Oh no!' I thought within myself as the security officers were ordered by that bastard to arrest Mr Bradwick.

They obviously recognized the man as someone who was influential and our security officers were very likely to always take the side of whoever had the most social power.

Would Mr Bradwick get into trouble for defending me? Oh no, why did he have to intervene in this matter?

"No actually, it is all my fault," I shouted and the officers became confused.

"Yes, it's also her fault, arrest her too!" The man shouted madly and I frowned.

That was not going as planned except that the security officers were actually confused. Even if they wanted to be ass-kissers, they still had to handle everything in a way that would not put them in trouble with the boss when he returned.

"Why don't you arrest me indeed?" I heard Mr Bradwick challenge and at that point, my gratitude turned into annoyance.
