Chapter 34

Liam's POV

"How was work today?" I asked Cassandra as she got into my car in the parking lot of a café.

It had been about three months since we started dating and she still insisted on not telling everyone at work that we were dating. It wasn't like we saw each other often at work or just couldn't stay away from each other so it wasn't that difficult. I just didn't like the secrecy.

Everyday after work, she would walk to this café since it was near our office and I would pick her up there which was so dramatic but I loved her so didn't argue.

"The usual, work and work," she sighed and I noticed she was craning her neck from the corner of my eyes as I drove.

"Should I give you a massage when we get home?" I asked.

"It's not that severe, I'll be fine," she declined with a small laugh.

"Are you sure?"

"Of course I'm sure, Mr Bradwick," she teased and we chuckled. "I'm going to have to stop at the supermarket to get some stuff," she announced afterwards.

"Which supermarket?"
