After a few hours, we finally arrived but I couldn't proceed with my tasks immediately and went straight to the person who assigned us. Kailangan ko ring malaman kung saan ako ngayon dahil biglaan pa naman ang absent ko.

The doctor told me, "I know about your situation, Valencia. It's okay, so you don't need to make up for the day you missed in your OJT." He said this calmly from behind his desk. He was wearing glasses and looked at me over them.

I was surprised. "Really po?"

I wasn't sure what they used as a reason for my absence, but it didn't matter anymore because it was more important that I didn't have to make up for the day. I didn't want to fall behind either.

He nodded and said, "Yes." His face looked serious but kind.

"Thank you, doctor. I appreciate your understanding," sagot ko. Kanina pa pala ako tense dahil baka masisira ang evaluation nila sa akin. Kailangan ko pa man din iyon.

"Not a problem, Valencia. Just make sure to catch up on what you missed," the doctor
