Bed Rest

I woke up to the sound of beeping.

Slowly my eyes opened and I was in a white room. A hospital room. I blinked slowly a few times before remembering what was going on. I touched my stomach and looked down before sighing in relief. My bump was still there.

Even now I could feel the babies kicking, so they must be alright.

I pushed the button and a moment later a nurse entered the room.

“Are you okay, hun?”

“Yes, I think. Are my babies okay?” I asked.

“I believe so, let me get Dr. Conner.”
