Having Skyler around was kind of amazing!

I didn't hear arguing all day and I had someone to talk to pregnancy about. I wasn't sure Skyler was having the best time though. I think she really missed Avery and felt lost without him. It was like nothing could cheer her up.

“Wanna go shopping for baby clothes?” I asked.

“Not really,”

“What about watching that birthing video? I know it’s brutal but we could both learn a lot.”

“I think that would make me sick,” Skyler admitted.

“A regular movie then?” I suggested. “Ooh, how about What to Expect When You’re Expecting?”

“Sure, Scarlett. Whatever you want to watch.”

“Thanks. It’s just so comforting seeing pregnant women…you know that aren’t my mom.” I laughed.

Skyler barely looked at the TV during the movie. Her eyes were glued to her phone the whole time. I guess she really didn’t want to watch this.

“We can watch something else,” I offered.

“No, it’s what you want to watch, it’s totally fine, Scarlett.”
