I immediately know that Carrie is not with me when I wake up. I remember that she told me she was heading to the bathroom and relax, I hate not waking up with her in my arms but she’ll always come back to me.

These past days has been the best I could ever hope for and I have her to thank for it. Deciding to just meet her instead of waiting all day in bed, I get up and go to the kitchen to get started on breakfast.

I’m whistling as I get started on her waffles, pretty sure the aroma was going to bring her straight to the kitchen.
