Damien reached out to touch my arm gently, his voice laced with concern. "Are you alright, sweetheart? I can tell this is bothering you. Maybe we should talk about it?"

I let out a deep sigh, simply unable to hide my frustration any longer. "Damien," I said, exasperation lacing my voice, "it's just so humiliating. I can't stand the thought of everyone knowing that I tripped and fell like a complete fool. Especially not Logan. He always acts so perfect and invincible." The anger and embarrassment mixed within me, causing my voice to shake.

Damien's eyes softened as he pulled me closer, enveloping me in a comforting embrace. "I understand, my love," he whispered soothingly. "But you know what? The most important thing is that we are both well. It was just a stumble, and nothing more. You're strong, and this won't define you."

His words offered a sliver of solace amidst my frustration. I looked up at Damien, grateful for his unwavering support. "You really believe that, don't you?"
