His footsteps echoed in the quiet corridor of the hospital. The white walls and the generic door with small cheap-looking numbers stuck on the wall next to it were ticking in his head. The nurse told them that their patient was in room 543.
Travis found out Trent was taken to this hospital. According to the bystanders that they asked in the boulevard, there was a riot because of a prank that went wrong and Trent was one of the casualties. They don’t believe any of it because there is no way that Trent would end up in a hospital for a simple wound.
Eon’s face was grim and somber. He was worried about Lina. The homeless man that Frio was fighting with, told them that a beautiful woman gave him the smartwatch so he could sell it. Thus, he had to pay for the damn smartwatch to get it back. He and Frio exchanged glances, thinking how far does Lina know about what he has been doing behind her back.
