“You’re annoying.”

Eon smiled, relieved with what Lina said. He was glad that she wasn’t angry. “It hurts,” he said, slightly moving his arm that Lina hit—still playing with his trump card.

Guilt flashed Lina’s eyes. She slept for more than ten hours and she used Eon’s injured arm as her pillow. “Sorry,” she mumbled under her breath, chewing her lower lip.

Eon reached for her and she obediently followed when he pulled her into his arms, making sure that she settled on his good arm. He could feel that his wounds were already healing but he just liked the feeling of Lina being gentle around him. He swallowed a smirk and sighed audibly which made Lina get up to check on him.
