Chapter 60-divorce papers

Natash's POV

Two days later, I was discharged from the hospital. The set of houses my mother left me, though in an old building, had a good location, and the surroundings were decent.

After discussing with my father, we decided to move there. After all, this house was purchased by Jaclyn Dills, and I didn't want any lingering connections with him after the divorce. When I mentioned moving out, Jaclyn Dills chuckled, "I wouldn't care if you lived on the street yourself, but I won't allow my son to be inconvenienced."

His words left me somewhat speechless, and for a moment, I didn't know what to say. Sometimes, this man was truly difficult to understand. The speed at which we got married was faster than I had anticipated.

I didn't tell my father much about the divorce. In fact, our marriage had no foundation from the start, and it was difficult to expect a happy ending. Perhaps this was a relatively good outcome, considering we didn't end up in a legal battle.
