Another week had passed us by and it was time for dads crowning ceremony. We were all dressed similarly to the ball. Different colors this time though. I woke up to some mild cramping and I panicked for a moment. They faded rather quickly, letting me relax back into sleep. I woke up again to some stronger cramps. The moonlight outside my window let me know it was still dark outside. Thankfully the cramps faded rapidly again. I started to worry though. Maybe it's because of that fruit I had at the ceremony. I know I'm not in labor yet, but I think these babies are coming sooner rather than later. I rubbed my belly bump softly, sending so much love to them both. I fell back asleep after going to the bathroom for the 4th time tonight. I'm so over this constant need to empty my bladder. Eryn led me to my dad. His eyes watered the moment he saw me and mine did the same. I let go of Eryn's hand and ran to my dad's arms. I never thought this day would happen. Eryn, dad, and Larminiel helped everyone back to their own mind. Giving me a hug goodbye each before they departed. Charles was one of the last few to leave. He hugged me tightly, muttering how he wishes he could have been the one to marry one. I tried not to let his words dampen my mood. I know he didn't mean for it to make me feel guilty. I finished unpacking,with both earphones blasting music so I wouldn't hear my roommate. It took a few hours to finish and neatly decorate my space. I took a picture and sent it to my mom. I heard a faint knock on the door and found Brittney looking into the room. I popped an earphone out to hear her invite us to an ice breaker event. I planned on skipping until she added it was required. She said it was a coed party to get to better know all the freshmen that were living on campus. I sighed really not wanting to socialize. I checked my closet and chose a distressed band t-shirt, ankle jeans, black leather jacket and converse for tonight's festivities. I checked myself in the mirror realizing my rose gold hair was a complete mess. I straightened it hoping it would help but it made me look like I had a flat head. I had managed to sneak back into the dorms around midnight. The ice breaker event had been finished for a few hours now. I found my roommate not in her bed and wondered where she was. Roommate seemed to be throwing a fit about something, slamming things down, but I paid her no mind. As she said this was a single dorm. I didn't exist to her and she didn't exist to me.
