Chapter 36

Cynthia POV

Sitting on the edge of the bed and fondling with my fingers as I feel my heart pounding hard against my chest, many questions run through my mind, and I can only get more nervous. Now that I'm here, I'm kinda regretting why I came here in the first place. Although he's my boyfriend, I'm not sure that I want to do this with him yet, not when he told me that he doesn't love me.

"Should I just tell him that I want to go home?" I ask myself, but quickly dismiss the thought since it's crazy.

The shower suddenly stops in the bathroom, and my heart sinks into my stomach as the realization dawn on me that he will soon be out of the bathroom, and I gulp down nothing nervously. I feel like I'm going to pass out later.

The door finally opens, and I stare at the ground, avoiding his gaze as I feel him walk inside his room. I can only see his hairy legs that have their hair clinging to his skin with water dripping down them. It's literally my first time seeing him like this,
