Chapter 87
Sean couldn't think of anything. His brain is blank. After taking Angel to the hospital, Angel immediately underwent emergency surgery and Sean could only quietly wait outside the operating room. Sean regrets his stupidity because for the past few days he has agreed to fulfill his promise to Angel. This was his fault, that was what Sean kept saying in his heart. Sean has indirectly let Angel get closer to death.
"Are you Mrs Angel's family?" Asked a doctor who came out of Angel's operating room.
Sean got up from his seat on the floor. He wiped away the tears, then nodded. "How is the condition? Is her condition getting worse?"
The doctor in front of Sean took a deep breath. "Unfortunately, Angel's condition is getting worse. Today's operation only slowed her death, not to save her."
