"Darla, put out your cigarettes." Noah said to his older sister who was nonchalantly smoking a cigarette.

Instead of listening, Darla took a deep breath of the cigarette that was between her lips. Annoyed, Noah grabbed the still long cigarette and stubbed it out on the ashtray.

"Gosh, it's rare for you to protest like this." Darla chuckled.

"There's Harriet here!"

Anderson's living room was full of cigarette smoke, and Noah had never had a problem with that. But here is Harriet, her new neighbor and friend. Harriet had just fallen asleep after crying for an hour.
