Sleep took over like sedation for the earthly magic of evolution that they had undergone. An hour later, the cry from the monitor 'mama' woke Scarlet up from her thick slumber.
Ace's eyes were closed. His mind and body relaxed after a very long time. It appeared like his months of penance to get back his lost love had finally bore him a fruit - the love making between them was explicitly fulfilling.
With one of his hands under his head and the other playing with his hair of Scarlet, his voice was groggy and charismatic while his eyes continued to stay closed. "Thank God, she allowed us to complete what we started."
Scarlet stayed mute and bit the inside of her cheek. She unties her body from Ace's arm and scampers to the washroom to clean up
