The consummated night

The venue had taken place on the big balcony decorated with flowers. Gabriel was told it was Elsa’s choice to have the wedding on the balcony for a reason, and he could see that. An immense number of Reverie people came to witness the wedding. They were all quiet but not feared of him. Taking a deep breath, Gabriel looked straight when her scent rose like a wave and hit his nose.

She was dressed in an ivory gown, not extravagant but beautiful, and hugged her body as if her skin were only adorned with accessories. There was no veil today so her beauty was open to be applauded.

His heart moved vigorously to hold her in his arms. To him, a wedding was not mandatory, if she did not ask for it.

Elsa walked with her uncle and aunt who were injured but still they wanted to do that. They were happy for Elsa that she didn’t drown herself in mourn but soared like a strong woman and got herself out of the darkness.
