The revelation about Maximus's true identity had stuck me like a thunderbolt during a massive storm and the night hours felt like eternity as sleep didn't kiss my burning eyes even for a second until Alessandro said sweet nothings and caressed my hairs.

The next day, I woke up to an empty next spot, the solar brightness inside the room indicated that it was around noon and Alessandro had gone to his work place.

My prediction was right, the digital watch on my bedside table showed eleven forty in the morning. I slept for good hours, thanks to my caring husband. I felt my head lighter than the last night.
