"I am sorry, mio amore. The evening didn't turn out like we planned it for all of us." I held her knuckles and dropped an apology kiss there.

"I see it differently, my love."She kissed my hands one by one.

Her hair locks were waving with the mild cold breeze in the midnight hour of the new year. We were on our most comfortable spot, our rooftop gazing at the firework in the sky.We just bade bye to other friends and tucked a heavily drunk Chase into the bed in our guestroom and now it was only two of us. We partied hard at the club for a couple of hours which helped my best friend to get his mind off from the girl he took seriously for the first time but she turned out to be a gold digger.

"You always look at the brighter side, Ana and it makes me fall more for you, you know that right?"I pulled her into my arms and laid us down on the cushioned mattress.
