I picked up my phone carefully from the nightstand beside the bed and smacked my tongue as I read Emerald’s message. “Are you ignoring me?!” Over the last few days, Emerald had kept sending me messages telling me that we should meet and threats too. She kept threatening to ruin me and do other things to me which I did not take to heart at all. I exhaled when another message entered again and then returned my phone to the nightstand before I lay in beg again.
