AUTHOR’S POV.

“Car key?” Daniel said, and when the man removed it from his pocket, he snatched it from him and then rushed to the car.

Mogan rushed after him and then settled beside him in the car.

“Do you want me to drive?” She asked, but he did not answer. Instead, he ignited the engine and then drove.

“Move it!” The head of the security hollered and then a few of the guards rushed to the car, entered it, and then drove out of the compound, and then after Daniel’s car.

As Daniel controlled the steering with one hand, he began to dial Sapphire’s number and Mogan snatched the phone from him immediately.

“Keep your eyes on the road. I will keep calling her.”

She placed the call on speaker as she called and she kept getting directed to voicemail as her phone was out of reach.

“It’s been many hours. Where could she be?” Daniel said, panic very evident in his voice.

“She could not have gone far… given her current condition too,” she nodded her head certainly.
