SAPPHIRE’S POV.

These past two weeks have made me lazy and so happy that I wish that those days would never vanish.

Mogan had to be the best sister-in-law that anyone could ask for.

Apart from cooking for me and ensuring that I eat almost every hour daily, Mogan made sure that I did not go back to work no matter how much I protested.

She claimed that I was not okay yet and Daniel backed her up too. Of course, I enjoyed her babysitting me, but it also came with her not letting me do anything in the house.

As I applied the nude lipstick on my mouth, I glanced at Daniel who sat on the bed, staring at me, through the mirror, and then raised my brows.

“Are you sure you want to do this?” He finally breathed out.

I pressed my lips together in order to make the lipstick sit well on my lips before I turned around to look at him, “You know I have to.”

“No, you don’t need to.”
