“No?" I repeated as I stared at him with confusion on my face. What did he mean by no? Wasn't it a win-win for both of us?

“I won't use you for pleasure, Karla" I frowned.

“But I want it too, doesn't that count?" He shook his head.

“I won't feel good doing that to you so no" He muttered and was about to walk away when I grabbed his hand.

“But we both want it so why are you fighting it? I don't get it" He stared at me for a while then let out a sigh before slowly pulling his hand out of my grip.

“If you're strong enough then come down for breakfast but if you can't, I'll have someone bring you your food. You can rest for the remaining days but as of next week, you should be up and ready to work. Understood?" I bit my lower lip then nodded.

I watched him walk out of the room before letting out a groan. That was infuriating as well as frustrating. Why was he being so difficult?

He might be saying no now but he wasn't going to be saying no fo
