I immediately took off my jacket, wrapped it around her body, then picked her up from the ground and carried her back to the car.

“Drive" I muttered to Sebastian before staring down at Karla who was staring up at me with tired eyes.

She moved her lips to speak but I Immediately shook my head at her.

“Don't say anything, we'll talk when you're better, okay?" She let out a shaky breath before snuggling deeper into my arms and I wrapped it around her tightly. She was probably freezing.
