Damon’s POV

I poured the alcoholic drink into the glass to the brim and downed it immediately. And I did it over and over again. I needed this drink to calm my mind and emotions towards Cora a bit. That woman just makes me upset and dizzy. I didn't know how to stop it.

It seemed like this time, I was no longer thinking about Cora but Addison and Hayden, who came to the party together. Actually, before Cora came, I had already seen Addison and Hayden. However, I purposely didn't go to her and just watched them from afar. I feel that the relationship between Addison and Hayden is getting closer and seems very suitable. Yes, they look like a lovely couple.

But, deep down inside, I refused to call them a couple. I want Addison to be happy, but I also wish for Addison to come back to me again. It feels unwilling if Addison is with another man who is not me. I don't know what I'm feeling right now. I just want Addison to return to me. No matter if I'm selfish, I just want to make her happy
