Hailey's pov:I came to Alex's place after finishing my work at the cafe. When I asked him, he said he'll be home by 10 pm. Using the time, let's surprise him by preparing a cake. I learnt this cake from Elise when I saw her bringing it to work. Eggless apple cake. It sounds simple when she explains it to me, let's see how it'll turn out in practice. I prepared the ingredients for the eggless apple cake recipe: apples, milk, sugar, lemon, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon powder, baking powder and salt. Firstly, apples were peeled and cut into cubes to make a puree. Secondly, in a bowl, I added milk and sugar, the prepared apple puree, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon powder and gave it a mix. Thirdly, I added the dry ingredients to the wet.
