SAMANTHA’S POV

He moved back a little and growled, "What the hell are you doing… watching me?" He questioned, his eyes searching mine.

I blinked, and quickly got out of the bed, "I-I-I…" I stuttered.

"You what?" He questioned bluntly. I turned around and took the cup. "Here you go, it'll help with the headache," I said, stretching my hands to him. He looked at me with his pale sunken eyes, he eyed me viciously and got out of bed.

My hand was still stretched, why was he acting this way? I sighed and placed the cup on the tray. I watched as he entered into the bathroom. Was he having an issue with her again?

I surely didn't know what I was getting myself caught up in when I agreed to sign the documents. I didn't see myself paying attention to him, I was focused on the compensation that I forgot about the downside of things. Now, I worried for every slightest thing that doesn't seem right.

Maybe I could start a proper conversation, maybe I said something to hurt him or the words didn't come out right.
