Immediately I got to my office, I picked up my phone on the desk and dialed Hunter's number.
"Missed me already? Was missing you too." He said in greeting and I shook my head like he could see my from where he was, not in the right mood for sweet talks.
"You won't believe what happened to me today," I said, my eyes repeatedly watching the door like Evans could burst in at any moment and catch me. Why I felt I needed to fear, I didn't understand but watchful I was.
