Chapter 92: Uneasy

Veronica's pov

I didn't wait for the cab driver to take the money from my outstretched hand before I flew out of the cab. I walked briskly into the station, ignoring the noise around. I had just one goal in mind and I would be damned if I allowed myself to get distracted. The station was huge so I had no other choice but to ask the lady standing behind a huge counter. The idea of searching everywhere till I found him was not appealing anyways.

"Good afternoon," I said, staring intently at the blond haired lady. She didn't look up, neither did she acknowledge me and I didn't bother to wait for it, "I am looking for my boyfriend, Hunter Arenas."
