I turned around and myeyes met Veer’s. It seemed he just arrived, was he rushing after me? “Hi,Veer!” I waved at him. Since he is trying to get close to me, so be it. Hewalked closer with a beaming smile.“Hi, Nadia. How was yournight?” he asked. We began walking together.“It was peaceful. Thanksfor giving me a lift yesterday.
