Before my senses came back to me, all traces left by the battle were wiped clean. The training ground I stared at from the window was the same as when we started fighting. It was then I began to realize the Duke didn’t want anyone to know about his curse, he put so much effort into hiding it and the sword I used to slay him let it go loose. I bet he would never forgive me; everyone said he was a dark Duke, full of cruelty and mercilessness.
